This spacious loft apartment is perfectly situated just off the main high street in this bustling mountain village, a short walk from numerous bars, cafés, restaurants and shops. The south-facing balcony offers a sunny spot to sit and enjoy the town and surroundingmountain views. There is a private garage below the apartment which means there is plenty of space to securely park your car or motorbikes or to store bicycles or skis.
You access the Apartment through the garage, stairs lead up to the first floor which consists of a bathroom and hallway, another staircase takes you to the main living space. Two french doors opening onto the balcony creates a light and airy space, divided up into a kitchen corner and then a large open-plan living and sleeping area. Perfect for two, but can sleep up to four people (2 double sofa beds, with the option of another single.)
The balcony runs the length of the apartment and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It has space to sit and eat outdoors at the breakfast bar and is also equipped with a gas BBQ so that you cook outside on those warm summer evenings.
The Galley-style kitchen is well-equipped with an electric hob, small oven, fridge, kettle, toaster & cafetiere.
The view from the balcony looks out at the surrounding mountains, andis a sunny spot in the mornings to enjoy your coffee and croissants.
The sleeping area is a cosy corner, the sofa-bed can be left out during the day
The open-plan living area is comfortably furnished in a chalet-style.
The bathroom is on the lower floor, and has a bath with a shower.

Tarbes-Lourdes - 50 mins drive Pau - 1hr 10 mins drive Toulouse - 1h30 mins drive Biarritz - 2hrs 10 mins
Times are approximate, calculated using the auto-route A64 (toll road) and then D929 from Lannemezan to Arreau.
There is a train line which runs from Toulouse to Bayonne/Biarritz.
